1. Overview

At Srozelonvefthran, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Plantoria food supplement products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day:

  • On which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods
  • In case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: when you acquire the last good

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to assist@srozelonvefthran.world). You may, but are not obliged to, use a standard withdrawal form available under EU consumer rules.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging
  • Original Condition: Products must be undamaged and in resalable condition
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide order confirmation or receipt
  • Timeframe: Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons and in line with applicable consumer protection laws, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals after delivery, where the seal was put in place to protect health or hygiene
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at assist@srozelonvefthran.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  • Do not send products back without prior authorization

4.2 Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
  • Please pack items securely to prevent damage

5. Refunds

5.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 5 business days
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless we have expressly agreed on another method with you. Please note:

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days
  • The exact timing depends on your payment provider

5.3 Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: For unopened products returned within 30 days and within the statutory withdrawal period, subject to inspection
  • Partial Refund: May apply for products showing signs of use or damage
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including when you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are not refundable.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping costs
  • Do not discard the product or packaging until we provide instructions

7. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • We will send the correct item at no additional charge
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

8. Order Cancellation

8.1 Before Shipping

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at assist@srozelonvefthran.world.

8.2 After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow our standard return process.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired product

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary

11. Promotional Items

Items purchased with promotional discounts:

  • Are eligible for return under the same conditions
  • Will be refunded at the actual paid price
  • Promotional codes cannot be reissued after a refund
